Once we receive your submission, our team of experts will review your materials thoroughly and reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss your project in detail.
How does pricing work?
Once our team has reviewed your project plans and materials, we will provide you with a detailed price breakdown that is tailored to your specific needs.
The cost of our services is dependent on a variety of factors, including the number of viewpoints, the complexity of design, and the level of detail required. We take into account all of these elements to provide you with a fair and accurate pricing structure that aligns with your budget and expectations.

What is the turnaround time?
As a general standard, we aim to deliver a preliminary design(s) within 7 business days or sooner. Following the initial delivery, we include two rounds of revisions to adjust colors and finishes.
If you require expedited delivery for your project, please communicate this with your project manager at the earliest opportunity. We understand the importance of meeting tight deadlines and we will work with you to ensure that your project is delivered within your desired timeframe.
How Do revisions work?
Our revision process includes two rounds of revisions after the preliminary delivery, during which we adjust colors and finishes. These revisions are available for submission within 60 days of the initial delivery.
We recommend submitting any changes via email using concise bullet points or redlines that clearly indicate the required alterations. Please provide reference photos and be as specific as possible to ensure that we meet your expectations.
Revisions typically take 3-5 business days pending the scope of work.
Please note that revision requests that involve major structural adjustments or are submitted outside of the 60-day window may incur an additional charge.
What if I need more than 2 rounds of revisions?
If you require more than the two rounds of revisions provided, we are available to assist you. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly design rate based on the scope of work.
How does payment work?
We require payment in advance, which can be made via a Quickbooks invoice sent by our accounting department. Alternatively, you may also mail a check to our office if that is your preferred method.
Do you offer services in addition to architectural visualization?
Along with architectural visualization, we also offer custom marketing and design services to our clients, including sign design, flyer design, website design, logo design, and more.
